One ring plus one wild night equals one crazy love

Sherry Robicheaux loves men. She loves love. And she loves an adventure. So when she meets a mysterious man while working backstage at a country music concert in Vegas, she's all about what's happened in Vegas staying there.

Country music superstar Tyler Blue just wants a weekend of anonymity...though there's something about the spunky waitress with the streaks of purple hair that tempts him like no other. Until the next morning, when they both wake up with fuzzy memories...and rings on their fingers.

Convincing Sherry to maintain the ruse for his public image isn't the hardest part--it's reminding himself that their time spent playing husband and wife in her small town of Magnolia Springs can't last. Tyler's first love will always be music--and the road is no place for a sweet downhome girl.

Review

Let me just get this out there: I love this book because my name is in it!!

Okay, for real, I LOVE this book beside that fact. This book was lighthearted and amazing in every way possible. I love the little quirks of the characters like Tyler's post-it notes. I mean, how adorable is that?

In my head, I thought Sherry was this super hot, supermodel-type woman. However, the more I read, the more I realized she was actually a curvy woman who was confident in her own skin. That's something I want to be so bad. She fell for every man she encountered, and that included Tyler.

I loved that even though Sherry judged Tyler based on his fame, she was able to see him for who he really was when they started maintaining their ruse for the public. She saw the things that he hid from the media. She desired him, not for his money, but for the man he was.

Tyler, on the other hand, was such a stinking charmer. He was so darn adorable and sexy at the same time. He was respectful of Sherry's rules regardless of the torture he felt inside because of them. He was the sweetest little country star I've ever read about. It made me wish he was real :) Also, seeing Sherry through his eyes was such a treat. It inspires me to be like her because of how much Tyler couldn't resist her.

Sherry was obsessed with romance novels. When I was reading this book, I thought her story is meant for romance novels too! It's weird; I don't know how to explain it. She just gave freely and all she wanted was the romantic fantasy.

I also enjoyed that the entire town seemed protective of Sherry. I especially enjoyed the little threats they sent Tyler's way :)

"If you hurt my girl, I'll dismember you." Then he (Jason) smacked his shoulder and smiled wide. "Want a beer?"

One thing I didn't quite enjoy was the predictability. The book I reviewed before this did the exact same thing. It's quite repetitive when one character decides what's best for the other is to be with someone other than themselves. I just groan.

Anyway, this book was such a joy to read. Go and buy it, not only because my name is in it, but because it truly is a book that would warm your heart and make you wish you were falling in love :)

"Boy, you should know better. If you're trying to hide, don't do it by the food."
